Operating principle:
The workpiece is the positive electrode and the paint atomization device is the negative electrode which is connected with Negative High Voltage, thus high-voltage electrostatic field appears between the two poles, then the paint sprayed by the gun is electrified. The paint covers the workpiece and flow to the surface of the workpiece with certain direction along the power line, which creates the uniform membrane with strong adhesive force.
