Pretreatment is the process of thoroughly cleaning the scale, rust, grease, dust and other dirt on the workpiece surface before powder coating, so as to make the coating powder firmly combined with the metal surface and have strong adhesion, so as to obtain high quality and prolong the service life of the product.
The powder coating pretreatment include mechanical or chemical:
Mechanical cleaning includes shot blasting and sand blasting.
Chemical cleaning includes removal of dirt, oil and grease, it has spray type or dip tank type.

The drying oven is to dry the wet workpiece after pretreatment, it is designed according to different heating requirements. The temperature is about 100ºC for 10-15 min.

Our powder booth is easy to clean, with quick color change system. It is also safe to operate and has no powder overflows out of the booth. The powder recovery system could be Multi-cyclone, Mono-cyclone with filters. Now normally use is Mono-cyclone quick color change system.

Curing oven can be tunnel type or bridge type. The temperature will be 180-200 ºC for 15-20min.
