Operating principle:
Putting the workpieces and corresponding electrode into the water-soluble paint and connecting the electricity supply. The resin and fillers in the paint will separate out equably on the surfaces of the workpieces and deposit to form water-fast paint films on the physical and chemical effects of electric fields.


Advantage:
1.Cathodic epoxy electro coating is highly corrosion resistant.A thin dry film thickness can withstand long time salt spray test.
2.Electrocoating has the ability to give very even coating with variances ranging to only 1-2 microns.E-coating assures the uniform of coating.
3.Electro coat system has the versatility to coat high recessed and complex surfaces,which are not amenable to powder coating or liquid spray system.So,E-coating can be applied for coating complex parts.
