Process Flow:

1. Pre-treatment

     Degreasing → Rinsing (DI water)
     Phosphating (Zinc/Manganese phosphate) → Rinsing
     Passivation (Sealing rinse)
2. Electrocoating

    Immerse parts in e-coat bath (Cathodic/Anodic)
    Apply DC voltage (150–400V, 2–3 min) → Film deposition
3. Post-rinsing

    Ultrafiltration (UF) rinse → Recycle excess coating
4. Baking/Curing

    Oven drying (160–180°C, 20–30 min) → Crosslink film
