Technical features:
1. Without air, the airless paint sprayer can greatly reduce the flying of the paint mist, so it's environmentally friendly and can save the paint.
2. Higher viscosity material can be sprayed directly, reducing the amount of diluent and saving the cost of production.
3. Lacquered rate is high, the working efficiency is more than 2 times faster than air paint sprayer.
4. The power motor of the sprayer is pneumatic motor, there is no heat with working for a long time and the maintenance rate is reduced greatly.
5. Equipped with the pneumatic mixer and cone bottom stainless steel barrel, the mixing make the liquid material evenly, and there is no precipitation and no color difference to improve the coating quality.
6. The cone bottom stainless steel barrel makes no retention of the paint in the barrel, the dripping liquid material could be pumped clean.
