Cathodic Electrophoretic Coating Machine for Aluminum Parts

Simple description:
Cathodic electrophoretic coating is a special film forming method. With the coated material as the cathode, the electrophoretic coating used is cationic (with positive charge). It is a coating method in which the conductive coated material is immersed in a tank filled with water diluted electrophoretic coating with low concentration as the cathode, and the corresponding anode is additionally set in the tank. Direct current is applied between the two electrodes to separate a uniform, water-insoluble coating film on the material to be coated.

Product features:
Compared with traditional solvent based coatings and other dipping and spraying water-based baking paints, cathodic electrophoretic coatings have incomparable advantages:
1. The priming process can be fully automated and is suitable for large flow production;
2. Uniform film thickness can be obtained;
3. Good penetrability, improving the corrosion resistance of the inner cavity of the workpiece, especially the corrosion resistance of the cathodic electrophoretic coating;

Compared with anodic electrophoretic coating, it has the following advantages:
1. The coated material does not undergo anodic dissolution, which improves the adhesion and corrosion resistance between the coating film and the substrate;

The paint base contains groups to prevent the corrosion of the substrate (such as nitrogenous groups), and the corrosion resistance and penetration force are higher than those of the anodic electrophoretic coating, so that the inner cavity of the coated object and the weld seam are better coated
