Advantage:
1. It adopts full digital DC speed adjustment apparatus, the speed accuracy is ± 0.1%, the static tension control accuracy is ± 1-3% and the dynamic is ± 5-8%;
2. AGC system adopts two-level computer control. Besides the basic link such as closed-loop position control, closed-loop pressure control, thickness pre-control and monitoring, it also has the control measures of speed AGC, Tension AGC and flowrate per second. The accuracy of finished products has reached 1.5%.
3. The automation for the machine unit adopts distribution network control;
4. It has complete failure diagnosis, warning, operation, monitor display system and the rolling process can be displayed dynamically;
5. It also has the function of remote failure diagnosis.
