Dry Spray Booth
Dry Filter Centrifugal Spray Booths are recommended when paint consumption is less or water is scarce. Dry spray booth is composed by the chamber body, exhaust system and mist processing device.

Types:
Dry Back- Side Draft
Dry Bottom- Down Draft

Dry spray booth advantages:
1. Low running costs fan, no cohesion agent, no need wastewater treatment, and less power consumption.
2. Small footprint, labor saving, no paint residue discharge and water quality inspection work.
3. Its construction is simple and low noise.
4. Low maintenance costs Dry

Dry spray booth disadvantages:
1. A large consumption of the filter.
2. The interior walls and baffles tend to accumulate paint grain, it must be cleared up.
3. If the maintenance is not in place there will be some fire hazard. Because if the paint is not removed in time and get deposited inside duct, they are a fire hazard.

Water Spray Booth 
Water Wash Paint Booth
Air is drawn through a continuous curtain of moving water, and suspended paint particles are scrubbed out.
When air changes direction, centrifugal force slings the solid particles out of the air stream.
Entrained paint particles are thrown against adjacent walls and curtains. 
Water flushes the particulate into the collection pan. 
Air reaching the exhaust stack is free of airborne particles, keeping the stack area cleaner longer.

Water Rotary Paint Booth 
No pump water rotary spray booth avoids blockage in water circulation systems.  
Outdoor air is filtered at the top of the  spray chamber and then goes into the spray booth. Top-down flows around the workpiece and operating workers will exhaust air containing particulate matter quickly to water-rotator under the floor grilles because the role of outdoor ventilation exhaust fan. 
The overflow is atomized under the action of high-speed air and then be mixed with air stream inside the rotator. Particles will be washed into the water, after swept through the channel and static pressure chamber by air, the separated water flows back automatically to overflow plate, purified air is discharged outside the high-altitude exhaust fan. This back and forth cycle can effectively remove all the particles in the air.
